Data Privacy Notice: In accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), information collected through this application and website shall be used solely for the administration, user authentication, and management of accounts for PT Mentoring and Review. Collected information shall be treated with confidentiality and accessed only by authorized personnel involved in the delivery of services. By accessing this platform, creating an account, or submitting your information, you explicitly acknowledge and consent to the processing, publication, and posting of your name and photographs on our official application, website, and social media channels for documentation, features, and promotional purposes related to PT Mentoring and Review.

RTJ Review OPC ("PT Mentoring", "we") respects your privacy and follows the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173). This notice explains what we collect on this website, why, and your rights.

What we collect

Account details: full name, email, mobile number, province, and your profile photo.
Payment details: amount, reference number, and the receipt screenshot you upload.
Learning activity: lessons done, quiz and exam scores, notes, and messages you post in the group chat.
Login details: device/session information used to keep your account to one device.
Facebook Messenger: when you message the PT Mentoring Facebook page, we receive your Facebook name, your page-scoped ID, and the messages and attachments in that conversation through Meta's Messenger Platform (Graph API and webhooks).

Why we use it

To create your account, confirm payments and open the stages you paid for.
To run your review: lessons, exams, live classes, announcements and the group chat.
To protect our materials: your name and email appear as a watermark on videos and exams, and sharing accounts is blocked.
To contact you about your review and your payments.
Follow-up emails: after you sign up or take a free practice exam, we send up to 3 short emails with exam tips and how to enroll. They stop when you enroll, and every email has a one-tap Unsubscribe link.
To answer your Messenger messages from our staff workspace and to measure how fast we reply. We don't use Messenger data for ads and we don't share it with anyone else.
To celebrate passers: if you pass your exam, PT Mentoring may post your name, photo and exam result (for example your passer tarpaulin) on our website and social media pages.

Who sees it

PT Mentoring staff (owner, admins, moderators) — only what they need for their work.
Other students in your review see your name, display name, photo, review progress and the messages you post in the group chat, and your display name (or your name if you did not set one), photo and quiz scores in the rankings.
The public sees passers' names, photos and results that we post to celebrate them. To have yours taken down, message the PT Mentoring Facebook page.
Service providers that host this website and process payments for us (for example our database, hosting and payment providers). They keep your data only to provide their service.
We never sell your personal data.

How long we keep it

We keep your account while you are a student and for alumni benefits after, unless you ask us to delete it. Payment records are kept as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, or delete your personal data (including your Messenger conversation with us), or withdraw your consent, by messaging the PT Mentoring Facebook page. See Data deletion for the steps. You may also file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.

Security

Your data is stored with access controls and encrypted connections. If a breach affects your data, we will notify you and the National Privacy Commission as the law requires.
